Also presented are large totems, large-scale wall hangings, a series of small sculptures of dancers, large vases and more. He creates glazes that have, as raw material, Cypriot materials, placed in successive layers and fired at temperatures from 900-1250 degrees to achieve the desired color and texture. His work, influenced by the tradition of Cyprus and the Arab world, combines the technical excellence of the modern ceramic scientist with the sensitivity of the artist.
